Eclipse Celebration – Frequently Asked Questions
Are we reserving space?
No, we are operating on a strictly first come first served bases.
Are we allowing Campers?
No. We will not be hosting RV campers, tent camping or allowing Harvest Host memberst to stay at the winery from April 5-8, 2024.
Is there any cost to get in?
Parking and admission are free, we only ask that you spend freely while you are here.
Your commemorative wine glass will cost you $5.00 and is yours to keep – We will not be offering wine glass deposit returns on the day of the eclipse.
How early can we arrive at the winery?
Our parking crew here by 7:00 AM.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
You may bring food. ALL beverages must be bought from Blue Sky Vineyard.
- This includes ALL BEVERAGES – Wine, Beer, Water, Lemonade, etc.
What food will you have available?
We will be operating our kitchen as normal. However, NO PIZZAS and NO POT PIES on the day of the eclipse. In addition, we will be operating an outside grill Saturday, Sunday & Monday with Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Bratwurst.
Will there be enough seating?
We have many tables and chairs but we do expect a crowd on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We encourage you to bring along lawn chairs or blankets to ensure a seat.
Will there be enough room to park?
We have many open acres of mowed grass available for parking. However, it will be difficult to know what condition (how wet/soft) the ground will be on that weekend.
Are dogs allowed at the winery?
Yes, friendly pets are allowed on our grounds on a leash but are not allowed in the tasting room due to health code regulations. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Will there be any entertainment?
We have 2 bands scheduled for Saturday, Sunday & Monday.

Do you have any eclipse themed gift shop items?
We have our “Crossroads” Sparkling Wine, Commemorative Wine Glasses, Eclipse T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Stickers and Wine Labels.
Do you have protective eyewear?
We have over 1,000 pairs of Solar glasses at $2.00 each

Friday: 10:00 AM – Sunset (7:24 PM)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Sunday: 10:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
**Last Call Operations** For the safety of our customers, we stop serving open bottles one hour before closing. Thirty minutes prior to closing ALL wine and beer sales are to go only.
